It is starting to heat up, with summer taking full effect not only outside the beautiful Orlando skies, but also inside board rooms, at conference tables and over corporate conference calls as budgets continue to decline and brand demands continue to rise.

As communication and marketing professionals, it is easy to get wrapped up in daily needs and weekly revenue, as the thought of creativity and innovation slip your mind somewhere between a Mashable Blog Post, a Tweet and a Myspace Video. The time to step up and create brand evangelists has never been greater, so why not loosen up that tie and join doterati for bagels, brands and bodacious banter to get those creative juices flowing once again.

Sterling Raphael

Sterling Raphael has twelve years of professional experience conceptualizing and directing the development of innovative Internet applications. With an intense background in creating powerful rich media applications for Disney Entertainment, the Orlando Magic, Universal Studios and many more, Sterling approaches all web software development with an interactive, user-centric and creative mentality. Sterling’s knowledge of web design and development allowed him to combine the two skill sets to construct highly creative web applications. Adding a third facet of business marketing to his education, Sterling received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Marketing at the University of Central Florida. "Sterling continues to lead a team comprised of exceptional designers, developers and marketing at NFi Studios. The company continues to grow as a leader in the association and meetings industry."

Anne Fischer, Busch Entertainment

Anne Fischer

Anne Fischer is the senior manager charged with Lifestyle and Digital marketing initiatives for Busch Entertainment Corporation. Anne is charged with infusing BEC brands, most notably SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, into the everyday lives of consumers and connecting with them on various digital platforms. Anne received her BA from UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management and her MBA from Rollins College.

Dave Ugan, Vice President, IT, Ripley's Entertainment

Dave joined Ripley’s in 2008 and is responsible for all of the technology initiatives within the company.  Throughout his career, he has specialized in aligning the technical resources to meet the strategic and operational goals of the company.  On the technical side he has built the infrastructure at four high-tech organizations, commercialized five products (hardware and software), and has implemented over a dozen major systems.  On the business side Mr. Ugan’s experience includes turn-around work, strategic planning and participating in two IPOs.  Mr. Ugan has worked in Fortune 500 companies as well as successful start-ups.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Marquette University, a Masters in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Operations from the University of Southern California, a Green Belt in Six Sigma, and is a Project Management Professional.
